Jennifer Sinclair is the Senior Vice President of Finance for St. Dominic – Jackson Memorial Hospital (“St. Dominic Hospital”) in Jackson, Mississippi.

Ms. Sinclair joined St. Dominic in January 2001 after spending the previous eight years of her career in public accounting and another local hospital. She serves as the Chief Financial Officer for St. Dominic Hospital and in that role is responsible for financial leadership of the hospital as well as other operational responsibilities.

Ms. Sinclair is a native of Morton, Mississippi. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association where she has received Fellow status. She is married to Brad Sinclair and has three small children, Ainsley, Christopher and Brady.

Ms. Sinclair currently serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for Hospice Ministries, on the Advisory Board for the MS Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and the Advisory Council for the Adkerson School of Accountancy at MS State University. She recently completed a six year term on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Hope Community Credit Union, a two year term on Board of Directors for the Mississippi Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association and is a graduate of the 2005-2006 Class of Leadership Jackson. Ms. Sinclair received the Top 40 Under 40 award in MS in 2010 and the 2010 Modern Healthcare/Witt Kiefer Up & Comers award.
