Wyatt Waters painting auctioned

In 2005 the Madison County Foundation commissioned talented watercolor artist Wyatt Waters to travel to Washington DC to paint Senator Thad Cochran seated at the piano in the Weber House. The painting was auctioned at a MCF fundraiser and presented to special guest Senator Cochran. Unable to accept due to ethics rules at the time, the original painting was on loan to the MCF which later merged in 2014 with the Madison County Business League to form the Madison County Business League & Foundation. The painting will be returned to Senator Cochran to hang in his archives at the University of Mississippi!

Shown with Wyatt Waters signing numbered prints at Senator Thad Cochran’s official retirement dinner. The prints were sold to benefit “Extra Table.”
