Anne Marie Smith was born in Orlando, Florida and moved to Jackson, MS in 1994. Her career in the restaurant industry began at Atlantica in 2006 as a hostess, which ultimately led her to 4Top Hospitality in 2010. From there, she worked her way up to management and began developing a Sales Manager roll in 2012. Four years later, she laid the blueprint for launching 4Top Catering. As Senior Sales Manager at 4Top Hospitality, Anne Marie oversees sales initiatives for both the restaurant family and 4Top Catering, as well as a team of sales and operations to execute some of Jackson’s biggest events.
In 2017, she was named one of Mississippi Business Journal’s Top 50 Under 40, and is currently the Chairman for The Madison County Business League Young Professionals Group, where she has served on the steering committee since 2017.
Anne Marie believes food brings people together for comfort, celebratory events, and social gatherings. Her passion for the hospitality and culinary world has been greatly influenced and refined by industry heavy hitters including restaurateur David Conn, Chef David Raines, and Chef Ken Crotwell.
4Top Hospitality owns and operates local favorites Amerigo, CHAR, Sombra, Anjou, and Saltine Restaurants.
Anne Marie currently resides in Madison County with her husband, John Michael Smith, and their two girls. She is an active member at Vertical Church. Her free time involves kayaking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
