Caroline Collins-Wright is Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Nissan North America. She is responsible for overall leadership in the development and execution of relevant DEI focus areas. She supports development and implementation of Nissan’s corporate DEI strategy, including culture, recruitment, retention and employee development.
Previous to this role, she was Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) where she directed the day-to-day operational implementation of key Human Resource processes, programs, and strategies through supporting HRBPs and direct interaction with client group employees and leaders. Her career experiences includes Director of Human Resources at Jackson International Airport and Compensation Manager at Jackson State University, Jackson, MS.
Caroline currently serves on the Board of Directors at Mississippi Food Network in Jackson, MS. She is Co-Chair, Mentoring Committee with The Jackson State University National Alumni Association. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she has served as Chair and Co-Chair of various committees. Her guilty pleasure is reading romance novels whenever and wherever time permits.
