Tondra Hall

Advisory Board

Tondra currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Nissan Canton
Assembly plant in Canton, Mississippi. She provides strategic support to the leadership team
along with being responsible for employee relations, recruiting, employee engagement, and
learning and development. The favorite part about her career is building a rapport with her
employees and facilitating their professional growth and development.

Tondra’s love for community runs deep through her service to a number of local organizations.
She currently serves on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Mississippi, Children
Advocacy Center of Mississippi, and the Coleman Alexander Prosser Foundation. Tondra is also
passionate about giving back through her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she
has served as membership chair, nominating chair, budget committee member and financial
projects chair. Tondra received the Women United Partner of the Year Award this year for her
work with local youth through the local chapter of the United Way. She is also a proud member
of the Madison County Executive Leadership Class of 2024.

Tondra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi. Tondra has nearly 30 years of Human Resources and Management experience, beginning with her tenure as Manager of Toys R Us, a position she held for 16 years Tondra and her husband John, have two children, Jordan and Jarrett. Jarrett is a 2024 graduate of St. Joseph Catholic School. They are faithful members of Anderson United Methodist Church. Through her faith family, she’s served as a youth Sunday school teacher, children’s ministry chair and on the finance committee. In her free time, Tondra loves tailgating, volunteering, and travelling. Tondra is delighted to serve the community and looks forward to making an impact.
