begin at 8:00am with guest speaker Monte Rector, Apple Inc. Panel discussion will begin at 8:40. Tim Mask from Maris West Baker will moderate.

The content of the Forum will be “building a culture of innovation.” Innovation is often defined as a new method, idea, or product that adds value
(for customers, employees, teams, etc). What is your definition of innovation? How do we create a culture that encourages innovation? Conventional
wisdom suggests companies provide a highly collaborative environment where people are comfortable speaking up and where there’s a tolerance for
failure and a willingness to experiment. How do strong leadership, discipline and accountability play a role?
