The Madison County Business League & Foundation is proud to partner with Comcast through Project UP to support progress in Madison County. A recent community ceremony marked the completion of a major broadband network expansion in northeast Madison County, expanding access to reliable, high-speed internet for thousands of homes.
This milestone reflects years of advocacy from organizations working at the local, state, and federal levels to bring broadband access to rural areas and strengthen connectivity across our region.
As part of this effort, 129 students at Shirley Simmons Middle School received new laptops, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed in today’s digital world. The Madison County Business League & Foundation is always proud to support our schools and invest in the future of our students.
