The North madison County Excel By 5 Coalition hosted the second annual Health Fair on Saturday, June 8, 2013 on the square of the historic Madison County Courthouse. The event was held in conjunction with the 15th annual Greater Refuge Temple barbeque Contest. Children 0 – 5 enjoyed the various kindergarten readiness exhibits and giveaways.
