The United Way of the Capital Area Board of Trustees has approved an investment in the amount of $10,000, effective July 15, 2014,for the North Madison County Excel By 5! This grant will provide needed funding for the continuation of efforts to raise awareness for early childhood education of children 0-5 years of age in order that they may be prepared for kindergarten and beyond.
