Jason Smith, a.k.a Smitty, is a United States Air Force veteran with formal education in law enforcement, biblical studies, theology, and psychology. He is an enthusiastic speaker who relates to people through his use of humor, storytelling, and honest vulnerability. He knows the everyday struggles, challenges, and joys of leadership firsthand.
