Tondra Hall

Tondra currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Nissan Canton Assembly plant in Canton, Mississippi. She provides strategic support to the leadership team long with being responsible for employee relations, recruiting, employee engagement, and learning and development. The favorite part about her career is building a rapport with her employees and facilitating their professional growth and development. Tondra’s love for community runs deep through her service to a number of local organizations. She currently serves on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Mississippi, Children Advocacy Center of Mississippi, and the Coleman Alexander Prosser Foundation. Tondra is also passionate about giving back through her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she has served as membership chair, nominating chair, budget committee member and financial projects chair. Tondra received the Women United Partner of the Year Award this year for her work with local youth through the local chapter of the United Way. She is also a proud member of the Madison County Executive Leadership Class of 2024.

Tondra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi. Tondra has nearly 30 years of Human Resources and Management experience, beginning with her tenure as Manager of Toys R Us, a position she held for 16 years Tondra and her husband John, have two children, Jordan and Jarrett. Jarrett is a 2024 graduate of St. Joseph Catholic School. They are faithful members of Anderson United Methodist Church. Through her faith family, she’s served as a youth Sunday school teacher, children’s ministry chair and on the finance committee. In her free time, Tondra loves tailgating, volunteering, and travelling. Tondra is delighted to serve the community and looks forward to making an impact.

Joey Hudnall

Since moving to Madison County in 2009 as Neel-Schaffer’s Chief Operating Officer, Joey Hudnall has been deeply involved in the county’s growth and development, both professionally and personally. Over the past 15 years, Joey has made significant contributions to the local community, demonstrating his commitment to the area through his leadership and service. Now serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Neel-Schaffer, Joey oversees the firm’s 37 offices across nine states, with over 600 employees—more than 40 of whom reside in Madison County— reflecting the remarkable growth he has spearheaded. Under Joey’s leadership, Neel-Schaffer has grown into one of the leading engineering firms in the Southeast. This growth is demonstrated in the company’s consistent presence on Engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Design Firms list, where it first appeared in 1994 at 458th and now ranks 202nd in 2024.

Joey’s dedication to Madison County is evident in his leadership at Neel-Schaffer and his role in driving local economic development. Neel-Schaffer has played a crucial role in advancing infrastructure projects and encouraging business growth, helping to secure the county’s position as a financial center in Mississippi. The firm has served as the Engineer of Record for numerous critical infrastructure projects in Madison County, including new wastewater facilities for the upcoming Amazon Data Center in Canton. Other significant projects Neel-Schaffer has played a role in include the Nissan Manufacturing Plant, the I-55 Nissan Parkway Interchange, Nissan Logistics Center, all phases of the Renaissance at Colony Park Lifestyle Center, the Amazon Fulfillment Center Warehouse, key roadway projects on Gluckstadt Road, Bozeman Road, Highway 463 and Strawberry Bridge project, as well as several recreational projects that enhance residents’ quality of life in Madison County including multi-use trails and sports fields.

Beyond his professional work, Joey is actively involved in the Madison County community. He and his family, including his wife Neely and their sons Harper and Hampton, are proud residents of Madison County. His sons attended Madison-Ridgeland Academy, and Harper, after graduating from Mississippi College, now coaches’ basketball at the school, further connecting the family to the local community. After graduating from Mississippi State University, Hampton works for the Ridgeland based law firm, Butler Snow.

Joey and Neely attend Broadmoor Baptist Church in Madison, where he and his son Hampton have participated in mission trips with the church locally and in other countries, reflecting his commitment to service. This commitment extends to his professional life, where Joey leads Neel-Schaffer’s focus on community, based on the company’s core values of Care, Service, and Excellence. As CEO, Joey initiated the formation of Neel-Schaffer’s Culture Team, encouraging employees to promote a culture of teamwork and uphold these values within the organization.

Joey is a longtime member and Past President of Mississippi Main Street, an organization dedicated to preserving, growing, and revitalizing thriving commercial districts in towns and communities across the state. He has served on the Boards of the Capital Club of Jackson, the Mississippi Road Builders Association, and is a graduate of Leadership of Greater Jackson Area. He is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Bob Lloyd

Bob Lloyd began his career in the real estate appraisal field after graduating with a BBA degree from the University of Mississippi in 1983.  Sixteen years of experience evaluating and reporting on a diverse range of commercial, residential, and industrial properties built a strong foundation for his entrepreneurial pursuits. At the age of twenty-seven, he founded his own appraisal firm, leveraging his early experience in real estate appraisal and brokerage. Over the past forty years, Lloyd has demonstrated exceptional business and organizational skills, which have enabled him to establish more than fifty real estate corporations under his leadership.

In 1994, Bob’s passion for the self-storage industry began with the construction of the first climate-controlled facility in the State of Mississippi. By 1997, he had rebranded the stores under the StorageMax Trademark and completed the state’s first multi-level Climate-Controlled Self-Storage and Data Management (RecordMax) facility. These innovative new developments earned Lloyd recognition as one of The Top 40 Under 40 by the MS Business Journal. RecordMax represented the culmination of several years of travel, study, and working in data management centers nationwide to create a unique, one-stop-shop for records storage, document imaging, data conversion, and digital storage solutions. Under his leadership, RecordMax expanded to five metropolitan locations and operated for 15 successful years before he decided to sell the company in 2012. The StorageMax portfolio continues to grow, now encompassing 33 locations, 2,000,000 square feet, and over 15,000 storage units. Lloyd is President of Storage Park Development, which oversees the development, day-to-day management, and accounting of each project, with corporate offices located in Ridgeland, MS.

Highland Park Properties, LLC represents the real estate brokerage arm of the group of companies. Recent developments include Highland Commerce Park, an upscale business park in Ridgeland, Mississippi, and Highland Data Park in Canton, Mississippi. Highland Data Park is a specialty business park strategically located across Highway 22 from Amazon Web Services and is specifically designed to cater to the rapidly growing data center market.

Over the years, Lloyd has cultivated strong loyalty among his employees and business associates by adhering to a simple philosophy: “Business is simple to me; do what you say you’re going to do and treat people as you would want to be treated.” Bob and his wife, Beth, now live in Canton, Mississippi, where they enjoy managing Cameron East Plantation and Patina Farm. “The Farm” is a 1,300-acre wildlife and farm-animal paradise that offers an immersive and engaging experience for all who enjoy the many pleasures of outdoor living.

Grant Montgomery

Grant was born and raised in Madison County, MS and is a 1999 graduate of Madison Central High School. He is a 2003 graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business as well as a Graduate of both the Mississippi School of Banking at Ole Miss and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Grant and his family now live in the city of Gluckstadt, where they attend Grace Crossing Baptist Church. Grant’s involvement with the church includes teaching children’s Sunday school, volunteering every year for VBS, chaperoning children’s church camps and serving as part of the AV team. Grant’s wife Lindsey is the 8th grade guidance counselor at Madison Middle School and has been with Madison County Schools for over 20 years. Their daughter Sloane attends 5th grade at Madison Station Elementary.

Grant has been with BancorpSouth/Cadence Bank since June of 2006. Grant has held various positions within the bank that include Vice President in Retail Administration, Vice President -Relationship Manager, First Vice President -Market Sales Manager, Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking and currently holds the position of Madison County Market President since 2019.

Community leadership roles include: Advisory Board Member of Madison County Business League & Foundation 2019-2020 & 2023-2024; Past Chairman of the Madison County Executive Leadership Program 2021-2023. Current Committee Member; Past President of the Gluckstadt Madison Business Alliance 2022-2024. Jim Richmond

Jim currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Communications and Marketing Operations for C Spire a leading technology company in the Southeast United States based in Ridgeland, Mississippi. C Spire provides broadband connectivity, managed and cloud services and wireless and has business customers in forty-seven states. Richmond began his career with C Spire (then Cellular South) in 1991 and has served in numerous management roles for thirty-three years. These roles include: Developing Southwest Mississippi in the early days of wireless, Serving as regional manager for the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Pine Belt, regions of the state, Serving as Director of Retail, Serving as Director of Business and Government Sales, Serving as Vice President of Marketing. Richmond also serves on the C Spire Foundation Board of Directors and the C Spire ESOP Committee.

In Richmond’s current role he has responsibility for public relations, media relations, sports marketing, internal branding and communications and marketing projects, planning and budgeting. Richmond has been instrumental in driving success with C Spire’s Tech Movement focus on computer science, coding and moving the region forward via technology.

Over Richmond’s thirty-three-year career with C Spire he has served on numerous Chamber of Commerce boards in various regions of Mississippi. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Extra Table, the Mississippi Council on Economic Education, and the Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic. Richmond also serves as Manager of the Travis Bridge Farm, LLC and Managing Partner of the Richmond Tree Farm, LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from Mississippi State University in 1985 and is a member of Madison Methodist Church.

His wife of thirty-seven years, Jennifer, recently retired from Madison Central High School and is an Ole Miss graduate. His son, Miller, is an Otolaryngology Medical School Resident at Georgetown. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Ole Miss and a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard. He and his wife Alex reside with daughter Margaret in Washington, D.C.

His daughter, Marion, resides in Madison and serves as Ministry Operations Manager at Joni and Friends. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and a Master of Education degree from William Carey.

Michael Walker

Michael Walker currently serves as Vice President of AT&T Mississippi, where he leads the company’s strategy, legislative, philanthropic and external affairs activities in the state, as well as guide governmental and community policy decisions.

Walker has had an extensive career in the telecommunications industry and has worked through Mississippi’s transition from a predominately copper network to fiber and wireless infrastructure.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Walker is committed to helping make a difference in the community and in the lives of others. He is an active member of the 100 Black Men of Jackson and serves on the board of directors for Operation Shoestring, AT&T Pioneers, Mississippi Food Network, Foundation for Mississippi History and the Mississippi Economic Council. Michael currently serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Madison County Business League & Foundation.

He is a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi and a graduate of Vicksburg Public Schools. Michael has a degree in Accounting from Jackson State University and an MBA from the University of Mississippi. He is also a graduate of Leadership Jackson and Leadership Mississippi. Michael is of the Baptist Faith and is a member of Pleasant Green MB Church in Clinton, MS. He and his wife Aminah, a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, reside in Madison County. They are the proud parents of five adult children, all graduates of Mississippi State University.
