Our Madison County Young Professionals hosted the 2024 Fall Connections event today at the beautiful Reunion Country Club.
We wrapped up our trilogy series, “Work-Life Balance: Body, Mind, and Spirit,” at today’s event. A special thank you to Jason Smith for his enthusiastic, engaging, and powerful message on “Soul Care,” challenging us to take ownership of our inner well-being. We were reminded that we are SOLEly responsible for our own SOUL care. He encouraged us to learn to identify our core feelings and recognize the needs behind them. As Jason put it, feelings can either destroy or develop us—the choice is ours.
