On Wednesday, April 22nd, the Madison County Young Professionals had the privilege of hearing from one of Mississippi’s leading attorneys, Will Manuel, who presented on working across generations in today’s workforce.
Will’s presentation explored the dynamics of a multigenerational workplace, focusing on how different generations communicate, collaborate, and contribute in unique ways. His discussion offered a clear and practical look at how understanding these differences can strengthen teams and improve workplace effectiveness.
In addition to the program, the forum created time for Young Professionals to connect with one another.
