The MCBL&F Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee hosted a breakfast on Friday, February 3, 2023, with Keynote Speaker Kassi Rushing. The topic of the breakfast was “Behaviors of Inclusive Leaders”. Kassi spoke on the importance of creating truly inclusive teams and how we often fail to train leaders in exactly how to create inclusiveness within their teams.
