The Madison County Community Trust (MCCT) presented a grant to Canton Police Chief Otha Brown in support of child safety programs. The National Child Safety Council takes pride in working with local law enforcement departments such as Canton, who are committed to teaching our children and community how to prevent accidents and needless tragedies through child safety educational programs. This grant will allow the Canton Police Department to distribute these materials to a larger number of children and individuals in the city. MCCT is the 501©3 philanthropic arm of the Madison County Business League & Foundation which supports law enforcement and the impact of safe communities on economic development.
