Our Madison County Young Professionals brought hands on learning to Canton High School by hosting a Reality Fair focused on financial literacy! Students stepped into real world roles with assigned careers and monthly salaries, then navigated 11 interactive stations including housing, transportation, utilities, food, insurance, childcare, clothing, communications, and the Wheel of Reality.
Financial literacy is a critical life skill that empowers students to understand budgeting, saving, and responsible decision making. Experiences like the Reality Fair help prepare students for adulthood by giving them confidence to manage money, plan for the future, and make informed financial choices that lead to long term success
