The Madison County Young Professionals recently hosted a Career Fair at Velma Jackson High School, giving students the opportunity to hear directly from professionals across a wide range of industries. Careers represented included law, accounting, banking, construction, cosmetology, EMT and nursing, automotive mechanics, engineering, welding, and HVAC.
Students had the chance to ask questions about each career field and learn more about the different paths it takes to get there. Events like this help connect the classroom to real-world opportunities and open doors for future success.
MCYP is proud to sponsor events like this and remains committed to investing in the next generation.
