The Madison County Business League Education and Government Relations Committees will host a joint luncheon meeting on Wednesday, August 20th from 11:30 – 1:00 in the McGowan Center at Holmes Community College- Ridgeland Campus.
State Treasurer Lynn Fitch will be kicking off her new T.E.A.M. initiative, the Treasurer’s Education About Money. T.E.A.M. has partnered with EverFi and MCEE to offer every public and private school across Mississippi the opportunity to teach students about the importance of managing money. Treasurer Fitch will be traveling the state in August to announce her T.E.A.M. effort to the private sector and students, and she wants to introduce the program first to the Madison County business community/elected officials at this Madison County Business League event!
