Madison County Youth Leadership (MCYL) scholarships were presented to St.
Andrew’s Episcopal High School juniors Kallen Mitchell and Hunter Newell for their participation in the2018-19 MCYL program. The program is sponsored
by the Madison County Business League & Foundation (MCBL&F) and the Madison County Economic Development Authority (MCEDA) to inspire, motivate
and foster leadership skills for the emerging workforce in Madison County.
