Madison County Economic Development Authority Executive Director Joey Deason and Madison County Business League & Foundation Chairman Ray Balentine present the 2022 Visionary Leadership Award to Clint Herring, Founder and CEO of Kerioth Corporation.
The Madison County Economic Development Authority (MCEDA) and the Madison County Business League & Foundation (MCBL&F) created the VISIONARY Leadership Award in 2011 as a means of recognizing and thanking certain stand out Madison County individuals for their visionary leadership contributions to the community. By contributions we mean their unique or remarkable accomplishments, their investments in people and the resulting impact that their operations have on the local area economy.
This year’s recipient of the Visionary Leadership Award was Clint Herring, Founder and CEO of Kerioth Corporation in Ridgeland, MS. Kerioth is a diverse investment company offering full-service real estate, real estate development, brokerage, property management, construction management and investments in healthcare, hospitality, and wellness enterprises nationwide including all operational components of those service lines. Over the last 18 years in Madison County alone, the development and economic impact has exceeded $375 million, with another approximately $75 million underway for the next 3 years. Kerioth’s companies employ approximately 2300 full-time and part-time employees across 6 states. In Madison County, the hospitality assets under Kerioth’s umbrella carry an ongoing economic impact of approximately $60 million annually with the retail and restaurant sales accounting for an estimated $35 million annually.
