The mission of the Madison County Business League & Foundation is to bring together, under one organization, the voice of numerous entities in order to establish a clear and concise message for the future. The MCBL&F is comprised of elected, appointed, business and individual leaders of Madison County to enable all partners in government, business and economic development to participate collectively in bringing together the overall vision for Madison County to benefit all of its citizens.
MCBL&F firmly supports justice and peace among all people and is genuinely committed to the values of diversity and inclusion. To help accomplish those goals, the MCBL&F has formed a Diversity Committee to help ensure these principles are passionately pursued in our County and the State.
The MCBL&F believes the action of our statewide elected officials and business leaders in supporting and helping to bring about this change should be recognized as a monumental achievement. The actions of Governor Reeves, Lt. Governor Hosemann, Speaker of the House Gunn and all of the other Legislators who paved the way to adopt a new flag is timely and an action that will improve Mississippi’s image, advance the reputation for our State, and enhance economic opportunities and improve quality of life in a fair and inclusive manner for every person in Madison County and Mississippi.The MCBL&F is hopeful that this action will open the door for new industry and expand existing business in Madison County and our State.
The MCBL&F intends to move forward together under a new flag, representing all Mississippians, and will work toward unity in our County and State.
