MCBL&F Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee Hosts Luncheon March 23, 2022


The Madison County Business League & Foundation invites you to attend a luncheon on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, from 11:30 – 1:00 in the Event Hall at Georgia Blue ~ Madison.  This event is being hosted by the MCBL&F Diversity & Inclusion Committee.  Seating is limited so please RSVP ASAP to insure a seat. 

Kassi Rushing builds places people want to work. Since 2002, Kassi has been bridging the strategies between business and people. Her experience and expertise are in workplace culture and transformation, high performing teams, leadership and pipeline development, employee experience, and communication strategy.

Kassi earned her Bachelor of Arts in communication with an emphasis in public relations from Mississippi State University and her Master of Science in corporate communication and public relations from Mississippi College. She holds the Accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America and her Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from the Yale School of Management. She is a Certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant, a tool she uses to help teams work more effectively and increase their sense of belonging.
