The project for the 2022 inaugural Madison County Executive Leadership Class was to research ways Madison County and Mississippi could make a deeper dive into addressing the “brain drain” challenge. MCBL&F members were invited to complete a survey about employment recruitment practices. The class also contacted MS universities/colleges to discover how they communicate information regarding their Career Fairs.
